A Harrisburg man who posted an online advertisement on Craigslist seeking oral cars was arrested when he went to meet a responder to the ad whom he believed was a year-old girl, authorities said Thursday. The response cars the ad placed by Wilhelm Justiniano, 26, was really made by undercover agents with the state Gigs General's Office. Justiniano's ad solicited oral sex from "females of any age," according to the attorney general's office.
