Residents want Bad MP to resign from Parliament!
NASSAU| A family island MP was chased out of his constituency just three months following the General Elections on May 12th and if this is any sign of things to come then the MP should just resign from Parliament.
Bahamas Press just left the island recently, can confirm residents in the community are fed up with the new MP and want him gone.
So far the MP has failed to pay campaign workers and generals following the general elections. Further to that having collected huge donations for the May 12th elections the bad candidate never paid rent or leases for the two constituency offices even after GOVERNMENT CONSTITUENCY ALLOWANCE kicked in. And he is not the only elected MP to fall into this mess!
The candidate we know has been threatened several times and is now afraid to return to the community which is known for having mentally challenged voters! He should call the police!
The MP has moved his campaign vehicle out of the island which had its tires flatten and front windshield broken with rocks (Photo just above). The vehicle has since sailed to the New Providence for repairs and safe keeping!
