NASSAU| Bahamas Press is learning big-time Insurance agent George Pinder will be charged today in the death of his wife primary school educator the late Jillian Pinder at 10am today (Tuesday September 22nd, 2026)
Bahamas Press is learning investigators landed over the weekend into the gated community of Lakeview in Western New Providence where they arrested the husband and father of three.
George was at home at the time of the abduction of his wife Jullian, who was taken from the house by her killers who stabbed her about the body stuffed her into a vehicle and drove her out the gated community before leaving her half dead near The Tile King on Wulff Road. She survived to tell of the ordeal but later succumbed to her injuries in hospital.
Jullian, who was 56 before her death, died on July 13, more than a month after the horrific deadly attack inside her gated community home on June 4.
One of the men who participated in the stabbing/ abduction is right now also in police custody and is singing louder than the Bahamas National Youth Choir.
Jillian was described by friends and relatives as a dedicated, strong, protective and fiercely loyal educator at the T. G. Glover Primary School, who was a treasured ambassador for education in the country. The entire Fort Hill Community will be present at the court for the arrangement of George in support of Jullian.
Bahamas Press now wonders who else may be on the list of George Pinder and given his coldness against his wife, Police, we believe have more work to do.
