NASSAU| An Andros man is facing an attempted murder charge in connection with a shooting on the island.
Prosecutors allege 24-year-old Kyle Miller shot Calsey Fowler in the pelvis on August 2nd with the intention of killing him.
The incident allegedly happened outside a business in Nichols Town.
Miller did not have to enter a plea to the charge when he appeared before acting Chief Magistrate Ancella Evans.
Bail was denied and the matter is expected to be fast-tracked to the Supreme Court on January 28, 2027.
