  1. HEY I DONT NO IF ANYONE HAS NOTICED THE SIGN ACROSS FROM THE NEW ALBANY PROJECT STATING THAT ITS ARAWAK HOMES PROPERTY AND EVERYONE MUST STAY OUT IS THERE ANYWAY OF FINDING OUT IF THEY ACTUALLY OWN THAT BECAUSE ITS A VERY LARGE PROPERTY AND SHOULD BE VERY EXPENSIVE, DONT WANT THEM GETTING FREE LAND TO SELL FOR MILLIONS AGAIN

  2. I have been critical of Arawak Homes for what the media, and the PM, reported as them demolishing a family’s home, and with their furniture and personal belongings in the home. I have today read Arawak’s full statement and according to them there never was a family home demolished, but an old in poor condition vacated commercial building. Their statement further states that the owner had agreed to the building being demolished. Based upon no evidence to the contrary, I am now willing to state that I do not believe that Arawak Homes did anything wrong, as was reported by media sources and what I personally heard out of the mouth of the PM, in his address in the House Of Assembly attacking Arawak Homes.

    • That is the key question. We need to know if they followed all the proper procedures to have had a certificate of title issued to them and truth be told, that could not have been the case since others were resident there before Arawak even existed as a company!
