BRON, a Bahamian firm with an outstanding track record dealing with thousands of developments and projects in The Bahamas and the region, has signed off on the Rosewood project.
Bob Coughin, who has yet to proceed with his promised Heads of Agreement at Sampson Cay, is the only suspect who has an issue with the development of his competitor next door! ONLY BOB (and, of course, all the people who are on his payroll). So Bob is now a victim? The “poor billionaire” who can’t have his way!
What the Bahamian people are witnessing at Sampson Cay is what happens when a billionaire wants to have it his way or the highway! But what he will learn is that The Bahamas is a free and independent country and he can’t buy everyone!
His house slave, Eric Carey, has no credibility in the environmental community! NONE! He’s a laughingstock who sings a tune for the highest bidder. Carey has no record to stand on.
He was the head of The Bahamas National Trust (BNT) when it was SILENT after taking a one-million-dollar donation from the Aga Khan to keep their mouths shut while he dredged out our National Land and Sea Park for his yacht.
Hypocrite Carey should be the last person to ever open his mouth in this country when it comes to the environment!
We can say more on him as the files keep coming in. Seems he had more time for donors and doing their bidding than doing the work of the BNT.
