Bahamian world sprinter Edwin Luther Kevin Johnson passes of heart failure



Nassau, Bahamas – Bahamas Press is reporting the passing of Edwin Luther Kevin Johnson a former sprinter who represented the Bahamas at the 1968 Mexico Olympics Games

Johnson was a great sprinter who hailed from Grand Bahama. He passed away from heart failure today.

He joined the Bahamas Olympic team in ‘68 and joined the likes of; Kenneth Harrison Albury, Anthony Richard Balfour, Timothy Edward Barrett, Godfrey Kenneth Kelly, Durward Knowles, Percival Andrew Knowles, Leslie Miller, Alexis Nihon,Robert Nihon, Bernard Jonathon Nottage, George Leroy Ramsay, Thomas Augustus Robinson and Gerald Lloyd Wisdom.
