NASSAU, Bahamas – Minster of State for Legal Affairs, the Hon. Desmond Bannister signed Instrument of Appointment for members of the Copyright Royalty Tribunal, on November 15, 2007. The tribunal is set to govern copyright and is aligned directly under the Registrar General’s Office.
