DRUG ARREST
Sometime around 7:40 pm on Friday 21st May, 2010 officers of the Southern Division executed a search warrant on a premise at Quakoo Street off Market Street. Officers searched and recovered a four feet marijuana plant. A 63 year old male was taken into custody, police are investigating.

DRUG ARREST
Sometime around 12:15 pm on Saturday 22nd May, 2010 officers of the Mobile Division, acting on information conducted a search of a yard on Third Street, off Robinson Road where they recovered a number of suspected stolen car parts. A further search of the property revealed a baby’s Enfamil can with two suspected marijuana plants and a quantity of suspected marijuana. Two (2) males, one age 25 years of Third Street, the other age 21 years of Market Street were taken into custody. Police are investigating.

ABDUCTION
Sometime around 7:56 pm on Saturday 22nd May, 2010 police received information of an abduction report. Information received, a 15 year old female of Nassau Village, was walking on Alexandria Boulevard, Nassau Village when she was approached by a male in a dark coloured Sentra. It is reported the male produced a handgun, forcing the female into the vehicle. The female was eventually released and was taken to hospital. Police are investigating.

ARMED ROBBERY/STABBING
Sometime around 11:06 pm on Saturday 22nd May, 2010 police received information of a stabbing at Spikenard Road, Cowpen Road. Police responded and information received, that a male while walking Spikenard Road was approached by a white Toyota Avalon L/P number unknown occupied by (4) males. It is reported one of the males exited the vehicle, produced a knife demanding cash. The victim was robbed of an undisclosed amount of cash and subsequently stabbed to the head. The suspects fled the area in an unknown direction. The victim was taken to hospital via EMS personnel where he is listed in stable condition. Police are investigating.

ARMED ROBBERY
Sometime around 1:45 am on Sunday, 23rd May, 2010 police received information of an armed robbery at West Bay Street. Police responded and information received that a female while in the front of her residence at West Bay Street was approached by a male allegedly armed with a handgun. The culprit robbed the female of her cell phone and fled the area in an unknown direction, in a black Ford Explorer L/P unknown. Police are investigating.

STABBING
Sometime around 3:20 am on Sunday 23rd May, 2010 police received information of a stabbing at Parker Street off Meadow Street. Police responded and information received that two females got into an altercation which resulted in both females being stabbed to the face. Both females ages 23 and 30 years were taken to hospital, one via private vehicle, the other via EMS personnel. Police are investigating.

DROWNING
Sometime around 6:10 pm on Sunday 23rd May, 2010 police received information of an alleged drowning at Coral Harbour Beach. Police along with EMS personnel responded and discovered the lifeless body of a two (2) year old female toddler at the Royal Bahamas Defence Force Base, Coral Harbour. It is reported the child was on the beach attending a family function, when it is believed that she went into the water. The child was retrieved from the water and taken to the Base. EMS confirmed no vital signs of life. Police are investigating.

ARMED ROBBERY
Sometime around 9:41 pm on Sunday 23rd May, 2010 police received information of an armed robbery at Farrington Road. Police responded and information received that two (2) males, while on Farrington Road were approached by two (2) other males both allegedly armed with handguns demanding cash. It is reported the males, one clad in a white t-shirt and jeans pants, the other a white t-shirt and short khaki pants robbed the men of an undisclosed amount of cash, cell phones and jewelry and fled the area on foot in an unknown direction. Police are investigating.
