Nassau, Bahamas — Police are requesting the public’s assistance in locating a man responsible for robbing a female with a knife.
The incident reportedly occurred around 5:17 pm on Monday.
Preliminary reports indicate that the female was in the area of St. Matthews Cemetery, East & Church Streets when the male approached her, known to her.
The male reportedly robbed the female of her cell phone and cash and fled the area on foot in an unknown direction.
During the incident, the female reportedly received injuries to the neck and body and was taken to hospital via private vehicle where she was treated and discharged.
