Victim is country’s 77th murdered victim

Cat Island, Bahamas — A Harbour Island resident is the country’s 77th murdered victim.

Jeremy Ryan Webb murdered following a brawl in Cat Island.

The incident occurred at the Regatta site in New Bight Cat Island when two men got into an altercation.
Dead is 20-something year old Jeremy Ryan Webb.

We are told Webb was stabbed multiple times about the body and had to be taken to the island clinic where he was pronounced dead.

BP has learnt it is the Regatta weekend in Cat Island and Webb along with friends traveled to the quaint community for the annual event.

We are told another man had to be airlifted back to the capital and is listed in serious condition after being hit to the head with an object.

Police are investigating the incidents, which have marred the island celebrations. But there is more.

We can tell you following that incident a traffic accident also occurred on the island and resulted in the injury of several passengers. We are told in that incident a car flipped over injuring at least four persons.

No one died in that accident.

  1. All i have to say is that, jeremy’s death is a bunch of silly, petty, immature, garage. A mother now has to wonder when her child is coming home, a brother has to wonder when his brother is coming home, a nephew now has to wonder, when his brother is coming home…

    whoever killed jeremy is a idiot, and they deserve to spend every second of their life behind bars……..r.i.p jeremy
