ZNS IS A NATIONAL DISGRACE TO TAXPAYERS!

Just hours after Bahamas Press announced ZNS live feed on this Global Website, ZNS suspended its feed to the world. Bahamas Press again says, “IT IS A NATIONAL DISGRACE THAT AFTER TAXPAYERS HAVE PUMPED MILLION OF DOLLARS INTO ZNS YEAR AFTER YEAR, LOCALS AROUND THE WORLD STILL CANNOT LOG-ON TO A ZNS WEBSITE, ON THE WORLD WIDE WEB. NOR CAN THE PUBLIC LISTEN TO ANY OF THE NETWORK’S RADIO STATIONS LIVE FEEDS ONLINE VIA THEIR (UNDER CONSTRUCTION) WEBSITE!”

IT IS THE HEIGHT OF WUTLESSNESS! THE PUBLIC DESERVES BETTER, AND MUST DEMAND SO!

ON BAHAMAS PRESS HOWEVER, HERE IS ANOTHER EXAMPLE, WHERE WE at BP, CAN BROADCAST THE LIVE DEBATES OF THE THE BRITISH PARLIAMENTARY CHANNEL!- VIA THE BBC FEED IN EUROPE TO OUR VIEWERS AROUND THE WORLD.

ZNS, WHEN WILL YOU REALIZE THE WORLD IS NOT FLAT ANYMORE? WAKE UP BAHAMAS, WAKE UP, WE NEED CHANGE!

  1. For the oldest Broadcasting station in the Bahamas, ZNS makes me sick! There is tropical storm out there name Paloma. The weather channel is showing that it could make land landfall over Cuba as a hurricane. The track shows it could weaken as it head for the Bahamas. Considering that these storms are so unpredictable, shouldn’t ZNS be monitoring this storm and providing us with regular updates, like the US stations? Over the years ZNS have not tried to advance with the changing time, they seem so comfortable being mediocre.

  2. The problem aint that Bahamians dont have the know how. The problem is Zns is just another place that the politician have to hire the people who vote for them. The system is clog man. Cable 12 doing it with less than 10 people on staff. All the talented people are working for the private companies. The problem is that ZNS hire to much managers and VP and Reporter but no real technical staff that are qualified to turn the place around and make it look like something. Jones take TV back 100 hundred years. They don’t want pay no one. Sometimes i wonder if these people is watch real tv and compare what they are playing on their channel.

  3. So what’s new! We keep saying how we (Bahamians) have the know-how to run anything from hotels to ZNS but we keep messing up. So what is it? We haven’t the knowledge? We haven’t the will? We just talk fool? We like being viewed as third world? I am in a bad,funky mood this am.
