Reliable sources close to investigators have confirmed another wife of an MP is the country’s latest victim of crime.
We can confirm sometime shortly after 8pm last evening while returning home from the food store. Robbers pointed a weapon to the head of the wife of Garden Hills MP, Brensil Rolle, and ordered her out of her car.
The MP wife froze in shock as she was dragged out of her car while robbers sped off with groceries inside. Once again the incident went unreported in the press. The Rolles are residents of Garden Hill #1. Mrs Rolle was unharmed.
POLICE INVESTIGATES ARMED ROBBERIES
Police are requesting the public’s assistance in locating the person/s responsible for an armed robbery at Madeira Street. The incident reportedly occurred around 10:30 am on Monday 31st October, 2011. Initial police reports indicate that a male was at Madeira Street to make a deposit, when he was approached by another male armed with a shotgun demanding cash. The culprit robbed the victim of a deposit bag containing an undisclosed amount of cash and fled the area in silver Honda Accord L/P # 127534 in an unknown direction.
Police are also investigating an armed robbery which resulted in the culprits being disarmed. The incident reportedly occurred around 11:40 pm on Monday 31st October, 2011 at Grace Avenue, Marathon Estates. According to police reports a male and a female were outside a residence at Grace Avenue when they were approached by two (2) males, one of whom armed with a shotgun, demanding cash. The culprits reportedly robbed the victims of an undetermined amount of cash and jewelry and forced the victims into nearby bushes, where a fight ensued between the culprits and the victims, which resulted in the culprits being disarmed and forced to leave the area.
Police are also investigating an armed robbery at Kathy�s Variety Store, Sea Breeze Lane and Computer General, Gary�s Plaza, Robinson Road.

These criminals are really out of control in this country and what I find interesting is the fact the more top officers from the Royal Bahamas Police Force comes on the TV, talking like they have this crime situation under control and telling the criminals they know exactly where they are and encouraging them to turn themselves in, these criminals are just doing for more, it’s like that message going through one ear and coming out the next. It’s obvious they are not paying attention or they just don’t take their threats seriously. These politicians; their families and businesses are not even safe, so you could imagine the rest of us. Anyhow, that good she got out of this situation alive and they only took the car, which could be easily replaced. By tomorrow Brensil will probably be on the phone ordering a new one. Come to think about it, even if they find the old one she might not want it anymore, I can’t say I blame her though, her husband is a big time MP and this probably isn‘t nothing for him to have replaced. Some of us would have been upset and wondering how are we going to be able to get around. This probably pocket change for him and two to one he probably wouldn’t even miss it. She should be grateful and thanking God that they didn’t hurt her, not everybody is be so fortunate.

Wizard is totally wrong for his comments and should be more sincere. However, Wizard does have a point. There are times when REAL issues are addressed by those in power when bad things begin to happen to them and their families.
It’s all in the Bible, how can you turn your back on your brothers and sisters and expect to live a comfortable life?
