FLORIDA| Aviation experts are now piecing the puzzle together following that Learjet crash which took the life of tech businessman Adam Robinson, his wife Helen Sharp their two kids Emma, and Charlie, two friends Charmi Fehr and Anita Maria Cetina, a nanny Rachael Reed and pilots Jeffrey Gregory and Nathalia Filgueiras who was the copilot of the plane in disturbing air traffic radio voice.
All 9 members traveled from Texas and were headed to Eleuthera when the fatal crash occurred in Palm Beach County Florida on Sunday afternoon. Adam was an Austin-based tech entrepreneur who previously spent a decade on Wall Street at firms like
Barclays Capital and failed Lehman Brothers before moving into the tech software business. In that move to the tech sector he launched an artificial intelligence start-up called GetEmail.
Adam founded Retention.com in January 2020 and RB2B in September 2023. He served as the founder and CEO of both companies. Their platforms focused on identifying anonymous website visitors and providing businesses with information about them.
Adam’s wife Helen ran a communications firm called Influential PR and owned Helen Sharp Ceramics, a pottery studio based in Aspen.
The Learjet 60 was bound for Eleuthera, Bahamas from Austin Texas when it nosedived into a multi-lane highway in Palm Beach County Florida.
The National Transportation Safety Board is investigating whether ice and turbulence contributed to the crash, and whether human error played a role.
Few pieces of the jet have been recovered from the crash scene.
