NASSAU| Well there was a big FNM meeting at a residence on Tonique Darling Highway last night and we at BP has little to nothing to say following that row.
This past week Former Deputy Chairman Michael Turnquest said the party’s next leader must “rise on their own merit” and may need to come from outside the current Opposition benches. He says the FNM needs a genuine break from the status quo and someone who can reconnect with frustrated voters.
Meanwhile, former PM Hubert Ingraham aka “PAPA”, who also had a meeting last week is backing Andre Rollins – the MP for Long Island – to take over the FNM leadership. Ingraham while speaking at the FNM anniversary event called on the party to find a leader who can inspire FNMs and cause the return of persons who have left the party. Plenty FNMs have left the organization under Pintard! PLENTY!
Following the May 12th, General Elections the Opposition led by Pintard collected less than 37% of voters; the lowest number of voters for an opposition in the history of the country. Meanwhile several FNM candidates failed to collect their deposits following that BLUEWALL DEFEAT!
Struggling weak Pintard on the other-hand refuses to leave the party which by the day is rejecting his leadership style. Pintard has led the FNM with the help of Hubert Ingraham into three election defeats by the Davis BLUE WALL TSUNAMI MACHINE!
Bahamas Press predicted that a sure and certain defeat of the FNM was coming when the elections were called. Our comments came following credible data from our BBB Analytics polls.
