Police are now getting the details to what really happened!
Nassau, Bahamas – Police not only have both men at the heart of that alleged murder-for-hire plot, but are indeed questioning Toggie and Bobo on the details as to how they signed affidavits suggesting they were hired to kill New York Hedge Fund Billionaire Louis Bacon and terrorized Save The Bays Executives Fred Smith and others.
Police at two undisclosed locations arrested LIVINGSTON “Toggie” Bullard and Wisler “Bobo” Davilma in the wee hours of Wednesday morning.
The claims began following a published Thursday March 10th, 2016 edition of the Tribune revealing details of the untested and unfiled affidavits by the men. The report spelling out allegations of an alleged plot naming a wealthy Lyford Cay resident. However in an amazing twist of events the men, Bullard and Dalvima, changed their stories and alleged that they were promised $3m for their “false testimony”.
Bahamas Press can report a law firm based in the Turks and Caicos Islands with a branch located at Caves Village New Providence wrote instructions to open the accounts on behalf of the men at British Bank in the TCI.

FNM former Chairman and Senator Michael Pintard had since resigned after he was caught on audio in the room discussing the plot with Bullard and Dalvima negotiating payments for the affidavits.
