All five Cubans found near the waterside in the area of the South Ocean Hotel – WHO WAS ASSISTING THESE CUBANS?!
Nassau, Bahamas (11 April, 2016) – The Royal Bahamas Defence Force working along with members of the Police and Immigration apprehended four of the five Cubans who had escaped from the Detention Center on Saturday 9 April, 2016.
The Cubans were found in a dilapidated villa near the waterside in the area of the South Ocean Hotel on the south side of New Providence around 12:30 today. The five Cubans are currently in Police custody.
An investigation into circumstances related to the escape of the Cuban nationals is currently underway.
