Bahamas Press is reporting Dr. Lynwood Brown is a free man this afternoon following ruling by the Court of Appeals this morning.

Brown was charged in connection with fondling a nurse in a case filed earlier this year.

The court cited error on the part of Magistrate Guillimina Archer in in the matter. The case was won this afternoon by lawyers Devard Francis and Mario Ducille for Dr. Brown.
