BP Breaking| Bahamas Press is reporting traffic police are now at the scene of a second traffic fatality in 24 hours.
The accident scene is unfolding on the Independence Highway near the New Bethlehem Baptist Chuch.
The victim is lying unresponsive in the middle of the highway.
